Cooking a seafood dish is fun and relatively easy. Today I am providing the ingredients so that you are able to bake your favorite fish. This dish is delicious and ideal for the fall.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds whole tilapia, red or gray snapper
- 2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon roasted chickpea powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mango powder
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon roasted combination of spice powder (1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon raw coriander seeds, and 2 teaspoons crushed red chili flakes; combine and roast on low flame, then grind into a fine powder)
- Salt as needed
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
Method:
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (mentioned above) to make a smooth paste. Coat the paste on the fish generously until the fish is completely coated.
